Cancellations of orders
You have the right to cancel your order at any time upto 14 days after you have received your item from us with the exception of jewellery for hygiene reasons.

If you cancel your order please let us know via telephone/email as soon as possible.

Beady Bride accepts cancellation of any hair accessories including bespoke/custom made ones but please note that a refund is only possible for items which are non customised/bespoke ones.

You can get a refund on bespoke items if the cancellation is made before we start processing/making your order.


Beady Bride offers exceptional service and we are proud of all of our accessories and jewellery. However if for any reason you are not happy with your accessory or jewellery please do get in touch and we will be happy to offer an exchange or a full refund.

Please note that we are unable to offer refunds on earrings and necklaces or personalised /bespoke /custom made items or hair accessories that have been worn.

To get the full refund/exchange, you must contact us within 14 working days of receiving your hair accessory/jewellery unused/unworn, un altered in any way, in its original shape,undamaged, in it`s original packaging box and with proof of purchase /receipt sent to you.

We may make a deduction from your refund total should we receive the returned item in an unsalable condition(for example if the item has been taken out of its original box, used,with traces of hair product residue, changed in shape from the original, or broken which would render the item not fit for resale.

If you ordered the wrong size/wrong shape, we can resize/alter the item for a small fee. Please enquire for details.

We are unable to refund lost items/damaged items caused by poor handling by royal mail/or delayed deliveries. Un delivered/lost/late parcel are the responsibility of the carrier.

Refunds will be processed as soon as possible and within 30 days from the day we receive your cancellation.


Please send unwanted items back to Beady Bride using tracked postage that requires a signature on delivery. Please note that for hygiene reasons we dont accept returns on earrings and necklaces and any hair accessories that have been worn.

Postage costs will be covered by the sender.

Processing your order

We will start processing your order when we recieve the full payment for your ordered item. If the item you have ordered is already made we will post it you within 1-7days. If your item is not made yet and or if your item is customised/bespoke, we will need time to design and create it and hence may take time before we are able to post it to you. We will let you know the estimated time a bsepoke item may take to make once we know what it it is you require.

We also do keep in touch with you during the designing process to let you know the progress of your item. If you will need emergency /very quick delivery please contact us first by mail/phone to check first if we are able to deliver your item within your desired time scale. We will notify you when we post your item so you can be ready to recive it.


Areas we deliver to:
We deliver your item to your address within the UK that you will have provided to us at the time of your order
International Deliveries:
Unfortunately at this moment in time we are unable to deliver to other countries outside of the UK.

We use the royal mail recorded/tracked 24 service. You receive your item within 3 days from the day we post your item.Undelivered/late parcels are the responsibility of the carrier. If Royal mail is unable to delivery your item because you were absent at delivery, they will hold your item for about 7 days at your local collection office after which the item will be sent back to us. You may be required to sign for your item in person but please refer to royal mail delivery information about this during the corona virus pandemic and follow their advice. Postage & packaging costs

Postage costs will apply as shown on check out
Packaging is free(At the moment, we wrap up your item securely protected and placed into a decent hard cover box to protect your item in transit. This is at no extra cost.)

If you will need your item sent to you in an extra special box(e,g for brides) which is embelished with ribons etc please let us know and we can make arrangements f0r this at an extra cost. Let us know this at the time of your order.

Changes/cancelling your order

If you think you have made a mistake on your order or if you would like to make changes to your bespoke item please get in touch with us directly by calling us on 07891210428 or emailing us on [email protected]
Minor changes will be at no extra cost.Substancial changes will incur an extra cost to you which will be discussed with you based on the changes required. For cancelling of your customised order please refer to the refund policy below.

Methods of payment

We accept credit/debit cards for purchases of items via the ineternet. We accept cash for items bought in person.

You can pay us via paypal or through our check out system on this website or via bank transfer.
If you prefer bank transfer then let us know and we can send you the details.
