Returns and cancellations

Please send unwanted items back to me using tracked postage that requires a signature on delivery.
Postage costs will be covered by the sender.
To complete a refund, an item must be returned to me within 14 days after purchase in a re-saleable condition. (unused, undamaged in any way, in its original packaging box and with proof of purchase /receipt sent to you on purchase)
Please return any unwanted items to Beady Bride. 


I accept cancellations of any orders. Please read the details.

I accept cancellation of non-personalised items........50% refund of the total cost of item will be given or an exchange of same value item or a credit valid for 3 months.
I accept cancellation of personalised items if the cancellation is made before I start making the hair accessory ordered. I normally start making the hair accessory 7 days after the deposit has been paid. It is 7days later because this gives you time to finalise your order and make changes to your order before I start the accessory.
Please note that no refunds will be given if your cancellation comes in after I have already started making the hair accessory. To receive the full refund, cancel your order before end of 7days after your initial deposit.
