Postage costs will be covered by the sender.
To complete a refund, an item must be returned to Beady Bride within 14 days after purchase in a re-saleable condition. (Unused, undamaged in any way, in its original packaging box and with proof of purchase /receipt sent to you on purchase)
About cancellations of any orders.
Beady Bride accepts cancellation of non-personalised items........50% refund of the total cost of item will be given or an exchange of same value item or a credit valid for 3 months.
Cancellation of personalised items will be accepted if the cancellation is made before we start making the hair accessory ordered. Beady Bride normally starts making the hair accessory 7 days after the deposit has been paid. It is 7days later because this gives you time to finalise your order and make changes to your order before we start creating the accessory. To receive the full refund, cancel your order before end of the 7 days after your initial deposit.
