Shipping & Delivery Policy
UK Shipping: We deliver to any address within the UK.
International Orders: If you are ordering from outside the UK, please contact us before placing your order online.
Customs, Duties & Taxes (International Customers): Please be aware that international orders may be subject to VAT, customs duties, and handling or administrative fees levied by your country’s customs office. These charges are determined by your local authorities, and we are not liable for any customs duties, VAT, or administrative fees incurred upon delivery. We strongly recommend checking with your local customs office to confirm these potential costs before placing your order.

Cancellations:
Cancellations of orders are accepted. Please request for a cancellation of your order within 24 hours of purchase

Exchanges:
Exchanges of non-customised and non-bespoke items are accepted.

Returns and Refunds Policy:
Refunds are processed as soon as a cancellation is made.
We accept returns on all non-bespoke and non-customised items, subject to the following conditions:

1)Return Window: Please return your item to us within 14 days of delivery. Return Shipping: The buyer is responsible for all return postage costs.

2)Item Condition: Items must be returned in their original, unused, and unaltered condition, including the original packaging.

3)Loss of Value: If an item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer will be held responsible for any loss in the item's value.

Note: For hygiene reasons we do not accept returns of any Jewellery.
